Pre-Race Checklist

I think I’m  ready for tomorrow’s 15k!!

I made a little checklist for myself, to make sure I got it all done. Let’s see how I did, shall we?

 

Pre-Race Checklist

  • Carbs- check!

  • Set out pre-race fuel and water- check!

    Tomorrow I’m doing my first race, a simple 4.25 trail race in south eastern Arizona. Super excited. It’s neat to see other people getting ready and doing pre-race activities. Good luck!

  11. I did in the 5K! At home now, showered and blogging. Oh, and TIRED! I managed to shave “5” minutes off my time from last year………..=) My new PR is now just under 33 minutes. ~Laura
