I had such a difficult time choosing a winner! I had to consult a few judges (my sister, the boyfriend, and Lindsey) for votes. They ALL chose the same entry!

Since most of the entries were “stuffed squash” variations, I was torn between the others that were different. It was a close call!

    All the recipes look soooo good, I can see why it would be hard to pick. I just got an acorn squash at the Farmer’s Market this weekend, and its going to be tough to choose which one to try first!

    you are brave, far braver than me, spinning classes scare the crap out of me, I may try it some day

    • Don’t let spinning scare you! seriously, you can go at your own pace. 😀

      My sister doesn’t do any exercise and made it through. She got tired at the end so she turned the resistance down.
