The Spirit of MY FIRST Marathon.

Good morning!

I made a lovely yogurt mess this morning for breakfast.

This combination of Kashi heart to heart, granola, and vanilla Oikos never gets old.

  34. Great video and great job!!!

  35. I had a HORRIBLE first marathon experience as well. Really bad stomach issues and several stops at the bathroom as well. I was devastated afterwards, crying and feeling so upset that I never had the pride that should come with completing a marathon. It even forced me to refuse to race for a little while. However, 3 years later I completed my second marathon and the first experience only gave me the extra drive to train harder. And, the second marathon is WAY easier since you KNOW you can do it. Thankfully, my second marathon was an incredible experience – I enjoyed every moment of it and beat my goal by over 4 minutes. So, try not to be too upset – and just take any disappointment and change it into drive to push yourself even harder next time!

  36. Great video! I love your honesty and I love that we got an inside glimpse into your marathon. You FINISHED, and that is AMAZING and no one can EVER EVER take that away from you!!!!!!!!! Congrats again!
