Work, Lunch, Lulu.

My weekend was over before it even started.

 

I worked a full day on Saturday, which was no fun. I attempted to make it better by going out to lunch instead of staying in. It was the weekend after all!

 

There’s a place within walking distance of my job that I have been meaning to try for over a month, Roly Poly! All of their sandwiches come in wrap form, and there are over 60 recipes!

 

 

I ordered the Smokehouse Turkey on whole wheat. It had turkey, cheese, plum tomato, lettuce, spicy honey mustard, bacon, and avocado. I loved the combination of textures and flavors.

 

 

 

YUM!

 

I follow Lululemon on twitter, and heard about an amazing sale that they were having, Saturday ONLY! I had to head over after work to check it out.

 

 

Whole Store $29 or less!?!?! It was an epic sale, if I do say so myself.

 

 

Ashley helped me find some cute things to try on…

 

 

Some were not as cute as others.

 

 

After trying on about 20 items (and wishing I had unlimited money) I chose a few items and headed to the register.

 

 

I finally was able to use up the gift card Debbie sent me for my birthday back in February!

 

 

I spent a good hour in the store and wished that I could take everything home! By the time I actually got home, it was almost 8:00pm and my stomach was begging for food!

 

I threw together a delicious soup:

 

 

I used tomato basil organic soup as the base, added a can of veggie broth, spinach, roasted carrots and broccoli, a can of chickpeas, leftover macaroni noodles, and topped with mozzarella cheese. It was very hearty, but very delicious!

 

I’m off to enjoy my one-day weekend!
