Bombed.

I spent all day studying for my Thermodynamics test.

The bane of my existence

Dun-dun-dun…

I’m pretty sure (as in 99.999% sure) that I bombed that first test. I am so sick of studying my butt off, and my grades not reflecting such. I know I can bring up the grade, but its so discouraging. Apparently I am the only honest person left in the class… everyone was texting and cheating around me. Sigh.

😦 Motivation to work harder next time!

Before I left, I knew that I needed a pretty hefty snack to power my way through that exam.

I had an juicy orange

It’s like breakfast, all over again!

When I got home, Jason had made dinner. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!

Casserole: a.k.a. “one dish wonder”

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bag cooked whole wheat egg noodles
  • 1 bag frozen peas
  • container V8 butternut squash soup
  • boiled chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • bread crumbs on top

I cooked the noodles before I left, and Jason popped it in the oven for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

I liked it, Jason didn’t. He thought the peas were overpowering, but I’m a huge fan of peas. I eat them plain. Frozen. Canned. All of the above.

We enjoyed our dinner on our patio. It’s so much more homey now that we have plants and candles out here!!

I don’t want to go back inside. It feels so nice out here tonight, and I am pretty comfy. Hence, why I’m blogging outside!

At least I have my DVR! I need to catch up on Gossip Girl, and watch The Biggest Loser! Debbie’s coming over with some Pear Tea to cheer me up! We’ll probably have an Apple-cinnamon cupcake, too! 😀

Thank God for Good friends and pear tea! 🙂
